GS Restaurant Gurkha Durbar helps the Grayshott Prostate Project Charity
The Gourmet Society partner restaurant Gurkha Durbar has helped a prostate charity project raise over £1000 by providing a Mata Tirtha Puja feast (the Nepalese Mother’s Day) at the Grayshott Square Meal Event.
The event, which was organised by the Grayshott Village Square Events Group, was almost ruined by the unfortunate downpour of torrential rain before the Grayshott Social Club came to the rescue.
Gourmet Society donates to Marie Curie
The Gourmet Society has helped Marie Curie raise £35,000 for the outstanding charity work that takes place in Newcastle.
