HYPER JAPAN is the UK’s biggest celebration of Japanese food, drink, and culture and it will be holding its third event on the Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February 2012 at Brompton Hall, Earls Court, London.

This year HYPER JAPAN will host the Eat-Japan Sushi Awards 2012: UK Sushi Roll Championship, where participants taste original sushi rolls created by five leading chefs then vote for their favourite; the winner’s dish is crowned Sushi of the Year. It will also be hosting the Sake Awards 2012: Top Brewery Taste-Off: that’s seven stunning sake from breweries around Japan to sample and enjoy.
