The Head Chef Mark Ellis is passionate about using only the finest ingredients available to him which have been sourced where possible from in Cheshire.

The wine list offers a delightful journey through the vineyards of the world and boasts a wide range of grapes including sparkling wines, such as the playful Italian prosecco to an elegant and indulgent Dom Perignon.
