My husband and I had already been to Archies a few times before it joined the Gourmet Society as we live very close. We had already recommended it to family and friends. We've always had excellent service and very high quality food. You are given tasty home baked bread as an appetiser which was very welcome. The meal came in significantly cheaper with the Gourmet Society card.

I have now been to Archies twice, both times before it came to the Gourmet Society. The place was full on both occasions and from the quality of food and service, it is obviously word of mouth that keeps it busy. The menu had plenty to choose from and we left the restaurant after 3 courses, completely satisfied but not over full. At around £35 per head, this place may seem expensive but once you have eaten there you will see that it is worth every penny and I will definitely being returning for many more meals.

We have visited Archies on several occasions - as a couple and as part of a large group (20). Each time we have been we have had an excellent experience. Staff are attentive the quality of the food is outstanding and it is very good value for money.
