Bewickes at Close House is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Tyne Valley. This 18th Century Mansion is set in its own lush parklands and is a wonderful and welcome escape whilst still being only 15 minutes from Newcastle itself. The mansion house has been cleverly refurbished in a rich and subtle style that complements its historic grandeur and charm. The menu has a strong French influence under the guidance of Head Chef Chris Delaney, who has 20 years of experience under his belt.
