Bombay Nights is fully licensed and air-conditioned, its staff experienced and welcoming, the Executive Chef, Jude Pinto, is an award-winning caterer to the stars and the authentic a la carte menu is exclusive and mouth-watering. More importantly, as all the food is freshly cooked for your enjoyment we are happy and able to make adjustments to suit any palate. Chef Jude was born and raised in Goa and trained in one of India's finest five star establishments. Since his arrival in the UK he has cooked at several top London Restaurants. He is proud to have now joined the staff of the first London branch of Bombay Nights.
