Brechin's specialise in producing excellent dishes from top quality ingredients. All their meals are freshly prepared and they bake brown wholemeal rolls, white ciabatta breads and pastries throughout the day. Danish pastries are fresh baked daily. Their Belgian roast coffee beans are freshly ground throughout the day. They use fresh local milk & cream from McAlister's dairy and fresh meat and fish are supplied daily by Richard H McIntyre and Ritchie's of Rothesay.

They have been listed in the Les Routiers Good Food Guide every year since opening in 2004 and they are also listed on the prestigious internet Restaurant Guide.
