Deva Restaurant, situated in the centre of Nottingham, is the home of a unique brand of fusion cooking. Taking as its philosophy "the whole earth is like a family" the team at Deva have set out to bring a new flavour to Indian Cuisine. Head chef Vijay Kumar Naudiyal was born in the hills of the Himalayas and brought up in Delhi and has brought with him traditional and authentic knowledge and prepares his food in accordance with Indian customs and traditions.
There is also a good range of new age wines as well as a great bar menu of exotic cocktails and mocktails, and also a wide variety of beers including the Indian favourites Cobra and Kingfisher.
Deva Restaurant is open Monday through till Saturday for lunch and dinner, and with their friendly and attentive staff, the culinary experience is heightened so that it has become a must for all Gourmet members!
