Recognised as one of Nottingham's finest for the past 3 years at the Nottingham Restaurant Awards, MemSaab has also been acknowledged as one of the country's top five Indian restaurants by the Observer's Great Food Guide. More recently the 2008 Harden's Restaurant Guide selected MemSaab as one the country's best, rating the food as exceptional, service as very good and ambience as good.
Local man and owner Naj Aziz continues to focus on raising the experience of Indian fine dining whilst remaining accessible and affordable. His addition of two chefs from different regions of the sub continent has provided further creativity within the existing talented team. The result, a balanced, inspired menu that reflects the individuality, style and regional subtleties of each chef.
The stylish design of the restaurant fuses contemporary and traditional Indian craftsmanship into a harmonious balance. Whilst the warmth of sub continent remains ever present from hand stitched tribal wedding rugs through to contemplating Buddha's.
