The Park Bar at Hart's Hotel is a different kind of bar. Open to non-residents from 10am 'til late, you won't see gloomy business men drinking alone clutching the Economist here. High backed sofas and beautiful red leather armchairs help to make it a visually exciting place perfect for enjoying the delicious menu and quality service provided by their incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Hart's aims to provide a thoroughly professional blend of skilled service and modern British cooking. The wine list, which was compiled by Tim Hart, includes a wide range of interesting bottles from small producers in the price bracket ?15 - ?30. Mark Osborne's cooking could be described as "Modern British". His aim is to use top quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations. A complete refurbishment, masterminded by Stefa Hart in January 2006, provided more intimate seating options in comfortable booths. A must visit for any discerning Gourmet Society member.
