Saltwater is one of those rare restaurants where you can feel completely at home from the minute you walk through the door. The inventive British menu is a perfect blend of modern and classic with an ever-changing menu based around fresh, seasonal, and local produce. The highlight of the current menu has to be the lemon, garlic and rosemary marinated veal with Provencal pickles, although we are sure we will have a new favourite on our next visit. The food is complemented by stunning design and in the roof top bar and cocktail lounge you are treated to panoramic views over the city whilst award winning bar tenders serve sophisticated drinks. Saltwater is a perfect way to treat yourself!
