Member's Dinner: Greenhouse Brasserie (Gateshead),Thursday 29th July 2010
The team at the Greenhouse Brasserie (Gateshead) would like to invite members of the Gourmet Society to a special member's dinner on Thursday 29th July 2010.
This will be a special tasting dinner with accompanying wines served with each course; wine specialist Pete Kelly from Enotria wines will be on hand to give a brief chat about each wine.
Dinner will be a sumptuous 4 course meal, prepared by Head Chef Graham Johns. The evening will begin with pimms & canapés from 7.30pm and dinner served from 8pm.

Cutlet, shoulder and apple faggot, shoulder bacon and bramley apple sauce

Saddle of Scottish Venison
from wild Cairngorm roe deer with a turnip and potato gratin, pumpkin purée and bitter chocolate oil served with Jus

Roast pumpkin, ricotta and parmesan tart (Vegetarian)

Wines can be purchased on the night from our wine list. Two of our listed wines will be selected for the NSPPC charity and we will donate £5.00 per bottle for each bottle purchased.
This special members dinner will be charged at the amazing price of £22.00 per head (normal price £35.00)
