Acropolis (formerly Limani) is the only Greek restaurant in South Shields. Standing alone, it is a hidden treasure that is slowly becoming established within the South Shields restaurant scene. From the moment you enter this impressive restaurant, a warm Mediterranean welcome awaits you. Acropolis specialises in Greek delicacies, including all time favourites such as Kleftiko & Stifado but also incorporates Italian dishes such as the ever popular Pizza & Pasta, all at reasonable prices. There is also an informal bar area for pre-dinner drinks or non diners.
