Begin the experience with one of the many exemplary appetisers, including the rich Camembert cheese, deep fried, breaded and paired with a red currant and raspberry coulis, the delectable Jamon Iberico Board, an offering of acorn fed and free range 26 month air cured ham partnered with home baked bread and Manchego cheese, and the irresistible seared fresh scallops, accompanied with an orange dressing enriched rocket salad and flambéed golden apple. Dividing the main course equally between seafood, veggie friendly and meat orientated meals, all palates will be pleased by what Fig & Olive has to offer. Considerably delicious dishes from each section include the decedent fresh half lobster, served with linguine pasta, charred green asparagus and chillies, the juicy wild boar and apple sausages, paired with mashed potatoes and an apple and calvados sauce, and the refreshing namesake Fig & Olive Salad, seasonal vegetables dressed with a lemon oil and tossed with dried figs, feta cheese and black olives.
