As one might expect from an Indian and Bengali specialised restaurant that has been in business for over two decades, the Starlight menu has amassed a culinary cornucopia of curries, with a myriad of mouth-watering classics. There are plenty of uncommon dishes present as well, along with some rare treats and unique curries lovingly crafted by the talented chefs.
Those of ravenous hunger and adventurous tastes should consider some of the House Superior Selections, with enchanting options such as the sizzling Duck Bash, an Indian stir fry tossed with Sambuca, Worcester sauce and red and yellow capsicum, the conflagration creating Chicken Phall, the spiciest dish in the restaurant that’s sure to cause a tear or two to be shed, and the special House Cocktail, a rich ensemble of marinated king prawns, lamb, sheek kebab and chicken, skewered with barbecued onions and tomatoes.
