Begin with one of the exemplary appetisers, featuring the likes of the invigorating octopus salad, the juicy tomato sauce drenched meatballs and the eclectic Mercante Board, which makes for an ideal sharing starter as it consists of artisan cured meats, like Parma ham and wild boar, and Italian cheeses, such as Asiago and Taleggio Alpino.
Continue onto the main courses, where a wealth of wondrous dishes await. Particularly merit worthy meals include the rich guinea fowl leg, served with Trevigiano radicchio and chestnuts, the rich pan fried Ricotta, complete with toasted nuts and a pumpkin veloute, and the tantalising seared hake fillet, adorned with rainbow radish and clams guazzetto.
