Amid the myriad of traditional and well-established Indian dishes Bash has injected his own twist on the traditional. An example of his innovative approach is the recommended house special of shahi chocolate korma which is a lamb dish braised in a chocolate gravy. Several of the titles on the menu are award-winning. One such dish is rupushi murghi mass. This consists of marinated chicken strips cooked with meat balls in a bhuna style and served with an egg. Another award-winner is a hot dish of noor ki-nagah featuring Bengali chilli. The restaurant has won numerous accolades for its cuisine and the extensive menu is packed full of delicious options to try. The onsite bar provides the ideal thirst quencher to offset the rich spices permeating each dish.
