There are two environments within the hotel that each provide a unique dining experience, the garden restaurant and the hotel bar.
The Garden Restaurant offers views over the hotel gardens and beyond in addition to a menu that changes frequently with seasonal produce, but is always distinctive and highly regarded. Local meat, game, fish, and cheese are supplemented with fruits and vegetables to provide a taste of Northumberland, Europe and the world.
