There's fresh roasted salmon, pan-fried sea bass served with sauté potatoes, king prawns with asparagus, and monk fish on a bed of grilled courgettes and mixed peppers. The Gables fish platter comes highly recommended and includes a serving of all of the above, accompanied by a mixed salad.

Of course, the Mediterranean isn't all about fish, so the meat and pasta selection is equally delightful. Guests will enjoy fillet steak, chicken breast or lamb cutlets, and the masterfully prepared seafood linguine, featuring king prawns, fresh calamari and baby prawns in a signature chilli, garlic and shellfish sauce.
