The extensive and eclectic wine list, accompanied by the Laroche wine tasting room, is a key feature to the hotel. You can also enjoy these wines, before or after your meal in the Lounge or signature bubble bar where you can also enjoy an array of cocktails, or an interesting range of beers and ales.
The bistro hosts a small and intimate private dining room called the 'bridge', seating up to 10 people. For larger parties, there is also the 'shipyard' seating up to 18 people, which is another spectacular private dining room.
