The licensed training restaurant at Motherwell Collage operates through the academic year, offering lunches from noon. Mouth-watering dishes reflecting seasonality and using local produce are cooked and served by students under the supervision of lecturers. In addition to this there are a number of exciting themed evenings and events throughout the year.
The menu features dishes such as pan seared fillet of Atlantic cod, and slow roasted pork belly, cooked by perfection by the team of young chefs. The service is warm and friendly, what you would expect from any professional establishment.
