Simla in Walsall Wood was established back in 1998. This small and cosy Indian restaurant serves a range of delicious curries, all freshly prepared and cooked using authentic Indian methods. The Silma Walsall Wood has a menu of tasty classic curries ranging from the very mild to the super spicy. House specials include the very mild chicken tikka chasni, a popular dish from Calcutta with a sauce of coconut, yoghurt and mango slices, and the nihari, made with lamb marinated in a rich and fiery mustard and cinnamon sauce. Diners will also find tandoori, balti and biryani dishes on the menu as well as some European options.

Simla is located on Walsall Wood High Street. It’s just a 15 minute drive to Walsall centre and various local attractions including the Oak Park Leisure Centre, Shire Oak Park and Chasewater Country Park are all just a short drive away. For diners travelling by car, there is free on-road parking available right outside the restaurant.
