Spice Brasserie is a superb Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant located in the Garston area of Liverpool close to the John Lennon Liverpool Airport. Focussing on fresh, authentic cuisine from the Indian sub-continent, Spice Brasserie offers a superb menu of classic and modern dishes from both Indian and Bangladesh.
The kitchen teams is made up of an award winning team, many offering years of experience in restaurants in both India and the UK. The ethos of serving only fresh, homemade dishes is one that Spice Brasserie holds dear and there are no additives or preservatives in any of the food served, which is exactly how it should be. The menu features plenty of choice including mouth-watering dishes such as the exotic Kashmiri chicken with a fruity, creamy and mildly spiced sauce; the duck tikka masala cooked in the tandoor oven with yoghurt, butter, cream, almonds and mild spices and the boal fish bhuna which is a Bangladeshi delicacy and features chunks of boal fish cooked in a medium curry sauce with coriander, tomatoes and a dash of lime.
Exposed brick walls and a neutral colour scheme is the perfect palette in which to enjoy the rich and tasty food of Spice Brasserie. There is also a lovely little outdoor courtyard for al fresco dining on warmer days. Low hung ceilings with huge wooden beams running across sit above the dining room and monochrome wall prints add a contemporary edge.
