Anonymous A.: "What a superb restaurant. I have lived all my life in this area and this is probably the best food I have ever eaten within close reach to home. That young man can really cook and Jade is excellent at front of house. We have now been many times and are introducing new people all the time. It continues to be a favourite with us. The crockery is also worth a mention. The Tiramisu last night served in a small kilner jar was exquisite. Which is our favourite Tapas, Taster or a la carte? Really can't come to a final decision so will need to keep going whilst we try and decide. See you very soon. "

Anonymous A.: "A delightful little gem. During a two day stay in Matlock we tried the Thursday tapas and the Friday a la carte. The service was a great combination of highly professional and very friendly and the food was superb, throughout. I would particulary recommend the stuffed chicken tapa, pork cheek and the blade of beef. Kevin Stone is a great chef and his partner a most welcoming and informative manager and head waitress. Superb."
