For this reason, they cook all their roast chickens, burgers and steaks in a Josper oven for a unique smoky flavour. Their menu also covers a wide range of starters, burgers, sides and hearty traditional mains. For something a bit different, diners may also opt for international dishes which have included the likes of madras curry and Chinese-inspired five spice duck.
