Excite the taste buds with one of the superb starters, such as the rich pan roasted pigeon, paired with potato rosti and wilted spinach, the scrumptious baby mushroom pot, braised mushrooms adorned with a Stilton and tarragon, and the delectable tuna carpaccio, complete with pineapple and ground pink peppercorns.
The main courses are just as sumptuous, with a concise list of exquisite options to choose from. Particularly merit worthy meals include the tender confit duck leg, served with braised red cabbage and a blackberry sauce, the refreshing vegetarian risotto, made with Stilton and butternut squash, and the irresistible pancetta wrapped cod loin, paired Mediterranean vegetables and a lemon caper and herb butter.
