In order to keep with the high standards of the chefs, parties must decide upon one starter, main course and dessert to all try, with the exception of vegetarian diners or those who must adhere to special dietary requirements, yet with as many tantalising options as there are on the menu there’s sure to be something everyone can agree on.

The sublime starters include the rich smoked and poached salmon roulade, complete with beetroot and a horseradish cream, and the sumptuous wild mushroom risotto, adorned with truffle cream. The main courses range from meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, with exemplary choices from each section include the succulent fillet of beef, served with seasonal vegetables and a bourguignon garnish, the wondrous Parma ham wrapped hake fillet, paired with a red wine sauce, and the irresistible twice baked Yorkshire soufflé, finished with a wild mushroom jus.
