Cancelling your membership

If you wish to cancel your gourmet society subscription you can do so by contacting us via email at help@gourmetsociety.co.uk at any point within your membership period and no later than 5pm on the working day preceding the expiry date of your current membership. Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (excluding public holidays).

If you are a member issued with an annual membership and have supplied an email address, we will send you an electronic reminder towards the end of your membership term to advise you of the details of the new subscription.

It is important that you let us know if any of your contact details change, so that we can keep you up to date with your subscription.

After receipt of this email, you will also have the option to cancel the subscription in your account yourself. Simply log into your account on our website, select “Account information” and “Obtain a cancellation code”.

Please note that once your subscription has been cancelled you will be provided with a cancellation code, you should retain this code for your records.
